FlyBase was the first in the "Fly" range. For many years we have been supplying top quality Disco and Décor services to discerning clients all over the South West of England. In our attendance at marquee, manor house, village hall and private residence weddings and parties we noticed a significant lack of stylish and professional looking bar services.

It got us thinking, why spend thousands on your venue, hundreds on your décor and countless hours decorating and glamorising your party space for the bar to turn up and plonk a mish-mash of trestle tables, worn out equipment and unsightly branding in the corner. Given that nearly every guest will, at some point, visit the bar - it leaves a lasting impression on their views of the celebration, not to mention the evidence in the background of your treasured photographs.

Hence, FlyBar was born. Every step on the way to FlyBar's creation has involved sourcing the highest quality equipment and suppliers. All brought together with our experience and extensive knowledge of what makes a party.........and what breaks it.

  • Our bars are finished in brushed steel with attractive LED downlighting to compliment your colour scheme. They can be formed in one thirteen foot long straight bar or an L-shape using a corner bar section.                                       We also have country style, wooden bars, black and white perspex bars and a rustic style trailer bar.


  • Our back bars are fitted with an optics station for the classic serving of spirits. We also have a good selection of standing spirits to choose from.

  • We use professional grade draught cooling and operating systems, all contained within purpose built, wheeled flight cases. Our cask ale (available on special request) is also served via cooled lines to arrive at your glass at the optimum temperature.

  • Our commercial fridges stock a selection of popular bottled and canned beverages and we are happy to accommodate your preferences if you have a favourite tipple.


  • We supply all ice, lemon & lime slices and bar station condiments (straws/stirrers/serviettes etc)

  • Our measurements all conform to government standards and are served from stamped bar jiggers.


  • We hold the correct Personal Alcohol Licence needed to sell alcohol. We apply for all Temporary Event Notices on your behalf. We also carry public liability insurance and our electrical equipment is PAT certified for safety.


  • FlyBase clients receive a reduced hire rate for our bar service and likewise, FlyBar clients earn significant discounts on FlyBase services.
